When adding items to your box, paying an advance is required. All info on the box advance can be found here.
If you want, you can also pay more advance than is required.
A couple of ground rules:
- You need to have at least one item in your box before you can add money to your box advance.
- The amount that you choose to add has to be between 20 euros and 2000 euros.
- It doesn't matter how many items you have in your box. For example, if you have only 2 items worth 15 euro, you can still add 500 euro to your box advance if you wish.
- Adding to your advance is possible for all payment methods, except for PayPal. We kindly advise you to use another payment method for your box (We offer several, including bank transfer).
How to proceed:
Go to your box, to the tab 'prepayment' and press the red button 'add to your prepayment amount'
Next, you can add any amount between 20 and 2000 euro. Press 'confirm' to confirm
Press the red button 'Pay Now' to finalize your payment.
