Please send a message to our support team (sales@archonia.com) with your request for account deletion. Please send it from the e-mail address that is associated with your Archonia account (or clearly explain why that is not possible) as proof of identity. Your deletion request will then be processed fully and completely within 14 days.
You might still receive an automated message from our ticketing service a few days after. This is because we cannot remove your email address from that database until after the support ticket is fully closed, which takes about 3 days. After that short period, your email address will also be completely removed from the ticketing service.
