What kind of shipping options do you offer?

We offer a wide range of shipping methods (home delivery as well as parcel shop deliveries).

Please ensure the chosen delivery address is correct during checkout – In any instance we can not accept liability for supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by delayed, lost or misrouted orders.

DPD Pickup
With DPD Pickup, you don't need to worry about the delivery of your parcels any more, you can go pick them up where and whenever you like!

PostNL
The well-known Dutch parcel delivery company. Next day delivery in the Netherlands and Belgium (even on Saturdays), two to four days for UK and France. Good value for money, with insurance and online tracking.

UPS
The well-known global parcel service. Excellent service but quite expensive.

UPS Access Point
With UPS Access Point (formerly Kiala), you don't need to worry about the delivery of your parcels any more, you can go pick them up where and whenever you like!

DPD Classic by road
Delivery only during office hours, within 1 to 3 working days for most European countries. Package insurance and online tracking are provided.

DHL Parcel
Delivers parcels to Germany in about 2 working days, and within 3 to 4 working days for most other European countries. Package insurance and online tracking are provided for all parcels.

We also ship to other European countries. Shipping fees vary from €10 to €30.- depending on the country and the chosen shipping method.
The shipping fee is always clearly stated in your shopping basket!
